When I turn on the robot, it has no response. Why?
Check for low voltage and recharge/replace batteries. Ensure batteries are installed with correct polarity (+/-) and verify wiring on the battery holder or motor.
The robot moves backwards when I command it to move forward. How can I fix this?
The motor wiring is likely connected in reverse. Please reconnect the wiring correctly to fix the direction.
How do I program or restore the factory settings?
Connect the robot to your PC via USB, open the WeeeCode software, and select the correct serial port. Use the "Restore Firmware" menu to choose between Online, Factory, or Mobile firmware options.
I cannot connect the robot to the computer via USB. What should I do?
This usually means the mainboard driver is not installed. Go to the "Help" menu in WeeeCode to install the driver, restart the robot, and try again.
Why won't the robot move when using only USB power?
USB power only supports the chip and sensors. To drive motors or servos, you must connect the batteries and switch on the main power button.
Why doesn't the Line-following Sensor work?
Ensure the distance to the map is 1-2cm. Avoid strong light interference, and ensure you are using non-reflective material for your line-following path.
