Factory Price Amphibious Mobile Exploratory Drilling Platform for Offshore Geotechnical Investigation and Survey

This amphibious buggy is equipped with heavy duty Cummins engine and Doosan hydraulic system. The platform comprises two tracked pontoon with heavy duty three strand chains for each, a deck area for drilling operating, a power pack to drive this big monster and jacking activities. Also, supplementary pontoons and hydraulic spuds piles can be fitted with according to client's need.

The modular design allows to be easily transported by low bed trailer. Amphibious modules and attachments are designed to be able to fit into 40ft containers and both the assembly and disassembly processes can be achieved less than 3 hours if equipped with proper tools and crane.

High-strength weathering steel plate is used in the fabrication of the our pontoons. This steel had 5-8 times the atmospheric corrosion resistance and 30% more tensile strength than similar size A36 structural plate steel. Each pontoon has 3 independent, watertight compartments. The bottoms are reinforced for rough terrain operations.
