The impeller is the core component of the air suspension blower, boasting exceptional performance and sophisticated manufacturing processes.
In terms of efficiency, it incorporates proprietary design derived from aero-turbine engine technology, enabling the system to achieve a maximum efficiency of up to 75%. To validate design stability, the impeller has undergone rotational tests at 120% of its rated speed.
Regarding machining and materials, advanced precision machining techniques are employed. Forging technology is utilized to accommodate high-speed rotation. The material of choice is aero-grade Aluminum 7075 alloy, known for its lightweight properties and high stability.
Processing is carried out using 5-axis machining centers to minimize tolerances, while anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatments ensure the impeller's performance and service life.
